About AHL Legal

Founded in 1994 in Sydney, Australia, AHL Legal (Austin Haworth & Lexon Legal) is a corporate, fully paid law firm specialising in all types of litigation.

AHL Law inSydney, Melbourne, and ShanghaiWith direct offices and co-operative offices through joint ventures and strategic collaborations in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth in Australia; and Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Sanya, Hong Kong and Taiwan in China, we provide one-stop legal services in major cities around the world outside of Australia and China.

AHL Law has a highly qualified professional team combining theoretical and practical experience, with experienced consultants in various fields and specialised lawyers working as a team to provide services to clients, combining the theory and practice of common law trials to objectively judge and assess the case from both legal and jury perspectives. The regular review of cases and risk assessment procedures that have proven effective in the field have been the key to AHL Law's success in the past. Over nearly three decades of litigation practice, we have developed relationships with third parties involved in litigation, most of whom are expert witnesses required for litigation.

AHL Legal, as a specialist litigation firm, has a long-standing relationship with many of Australia's leading Queen's Counsel in all areas of litigation, and has established strategic partnerships with some of the leading teams of barristers.

Some of AHL Law's lawyers are experts in a particular legal field and industry leaders, some are legal advisors to local government departments and members of national think tanks, they have profound knowledge and experience and a wide range of contacts, and many of them are also experts and scholars in global legal associations as well as visiting professors and researchers in institutions of higher learning, which enables AHL Law to provide comprehensive, high-quality and highly efficient professional legal services to both Chinese and foreign clients. We can provide comprehensive, high-quality and efficient professional legal services to Chinese and foreign clients.

We are able to provide legal services to our clients in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), English and other languages.

AHL Law, unlike traditional overseas Chinese law firms, is a law firm specialising in litigation and has won many victories in litigation over the years, with one of its jurisprudence being featured in the Commonwealth of Australia Law Reports and Land Law textbooks.

“Having practiced law for more than a decade, I know that there is a real life story behind every case.AHL Law always puts the interests of our clients first and solves problems with professionalism and responsibility. No matter how big or small the case is, we will do our best to accompany you every step of the way.”

Unlike Chinese partnership law firms, all of AHL Law's lawyers are paid on a salaried basis under the firm's unified team operation.

While AHL Law is based in the Australian domestic market, it has also focused on co-operation with fellow Chinese lawyers over the past decade, forming strategic alliances with leading Chinese law firms to provide more comprehensive services.
