Shanghai Aidi Business Consulting (ADB, Austin Dunhill Barwick) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Australia AHL Legal. The company’s predecessor was Aohanli Investment Management Consulting.

AHL Legal entered the Chinese market in 2013 by investing in the wholly-owned subsidiary. The aim is to provide high-net-worth clients in mainland China with businesses related to investments in Australia and China. Meanwhile, it provides one-stop solutions for this group of clients to set up funds and invest in mergers and listing in Australia, as well as provide solutions on corporate compliance and dispute resolution.
