Man on 8 Child Porn Charges: R v LeX [2010] NSWCCA 8X

A Sydney man Richard Ngong Fung LeX,24, is under arrest in Blackhurst as one of the 21 other men from around Australia being part of the child pornography ring that shared pictures. LeX is charged with eight offences relating  to child porn and having sex with an 13-year-old girl.

According to LeX's solicitor Mr. Shen, many child pornographies were found in LeX’s computer when he was arrested. LeX pleaded guilty in the Local Court on 28th May to eight charges and he adhered to his pleas.

LeX is released on entering into a recognizance with security of $1,000 and to be of good behavior for the remainder of the sentence, due to offender regarded the relationship with 13-year-girl as being totally consensual, and there is no intention for LeX to share the child pornographic.
