Mining Project Merge & Acquisition Experiences

A sample of our experience includes:

-  AHL Legal advised a Chinese private enterprise on a Mining project acquisition in Australia. Company A intended to invest on mining projects in Australian. AHL Legal advised and acted for Company A to purchase 30% shares of Company B, who owned Western Australia mining exploration licenses but lack of funds.

-  AHL Legal represented a Hong Kong listed company on Queensland Gold Mining project.
